COBI 2020 AWARDS TOYSNGO competition game
1. GAME ORGANIZER
SAS TOYSNGO, whose head office is at ESCALQUENS (31750) - 7 Avenue des TROUBADOURS, identified under the number 879 033 215 R.C.S TOULOUSE FRANCE, is the Organizing company of the Competition.
2. OBJECTIVES OF THE COMPETITION
The objective of the Competition is to win prizes by voting for the best new COBI 2020 products.
The 5 competitors with the best predictions across all categories will be the winners.
3. PARTICIPATION
Participation in the COBI 2020 AWARDS competition is open to any physical person and is done on the page www.toysngo.com / cobi2020awards .
Each participant can only play once and must have a valid e-mail address in order to play.
The winners will be contacted by email to communicate their winnings and ask them for a delivery address in order to ensure the delivery of the prizes.
4. DURATION OF THE GAME-CONTEST
The opening of the Competition will take place on Friday, October 23, 2020.
The competition will close on Sunday 8 November at midnight.
The presentation of the results and the winners will take place on Monday, November 16 at the end of the afternoon on the page facebook.com/ToysngoCOBI .
They will be posted the next day on the home page of Toysngo.com .
5. GAINS
The prizes will depend on the number of participants in the competition in 4 levels.
Level 1 (From 0 to 500 participants):

4) A Maserati Ghibli COBI-24564
5) 3 US Paratroopers COBI-2033 figurines
Level 2 (From 501 to 1000 participants):

2) A COBI-1917 Concorde
3) A US M4 Sherman 1:48 WOT COBI-3063 tank
4) A Barkas B1000 COBI-24593
5) A Maserati Ghibli COBI-24564
Level 3 (From 1001 to 5000 participants):
1) A Karl Gerat Limited Edition COBI-2532

Tier 4 (Greater than 5000 participants):

Under no circumstances will a winner be able to request an exchange of the prize or its market value.
6. CONDUCT OF THE CONTEST
The participant must vote for 3 products in each of the 6 categories.
In order to be able to participate, a name and an e-mail address are required to be able to participate.
This information has no other use than to be able to communicate with the winners.
This information will not be used for other reasons under any circumstances and will be destroyed at the end of the competition.
7. DISPUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participation in this Competition implies unreserved acceptance of the regulations in their entirety. Any inaccurate or false declaration, any fraud will result in the disqualification of the participant.
The Organizer cannot incur any liability if, in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control, it were required to cancel this Contest, reduce it, extend it or postpone it, or even to modify the conditions. No equivalent of the bonuses involved will be offered in compensation.
The Contest Organizer will settle any dispute of whatever nature relating to the Contest and its rules. The resulting decisions will be final. Any dispute of this Competition must be the subject of a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt received by the Organizer no later than five calendar days following the end of this game.
